That is usually the case but not here. McCain has stated that he is for drilling which would affect the price of oil speculation if elected; likewise, if Obama is elected all the speculators and public will be aware that we won't be tapping into our own resources driving up the price. We can go for solar, wind, etc. but untill then Joe Public wants a break on the black gold.
