Awesome! How long have the two of you been at it? I was wondering if there were any other glass artist on this site? Post some pictures when you get a chance. Ive been at it for the last few months making small pipes and such. Ive been into it for years and have had the equipment since i was like 16 but i kept moving around and never got to set back up till now, some 6 years later(No room while i lived in an apartment and then in Hawaii). Id like to know how you 2 got your start if ya feel like sharing. I never see any others around these parts that are into glass (Around Memphis) So anytime i hear about someone else that inst from Colorado, California or Oregon, I wonder how they got into it (not many places for lessons around here) Everything in my case is self taught although i wish i could find someone to teach me more. Someone like Jason Lee (If your out there J)! Keep it up

Oh and your lucky bro! I always try to get my girl into it and she is, but she will never really do it cuz the torch intimidates her. I have gotten her into glass slumping though and she also likes to do mosaics so at least thats something.
trancefusion5 Reviewed by trancefusion5 on . Glass Artist new in town :o So my boyfriend and I are glass artists, just moved back to central FL from Ithaca NY, looking to make a living... I'm looking for head shops that support local artists, and google is not being friendly so I thought I'd poll the masses I live in Sebring (gah) but regularly drive to Orlando and Tampa, and am looking for shops in those areas as well as Sarasota, Bradenton, Miami, Jacksonville, Gainsville, St. Pete, Clearwater... pretty much anywhere in FL. So let me know the names and locations Rating: 5
