Depends on the situation. If they are extremely hostile we might have to strike.

I figure the worst case scenario is someone DOES acquire nukes without anyone finding out, or builds them fast enough to get away with it, yeah, they'll launch them.


im not saying it's likely to happen soon or anything, but in the progression of things, a nuclear arms race could blow up in our face, no pun intended.
