IM new to this game can u help

I make my own soil mix out of

1part manure
2 parts perlite
1 part top soil
1 part multi purpose compost
1part horticultural silver sand
you could always use something simpler that like 2/3 manure 1/3 perlite.

Or some bone meal and blood meal low/nute free compost and some perlite.

Looks like you have not nearly enough lightener, if any, in your soil mix. You should always use soil with perlite or vermiculite in it, and when in doubt, too much perlite is far preferable to too little, lol.
That plant appears to be suffering too much water, possibly too much ertilizer
(impossible to say because you have given no information on its feeding or soil type), and possibly too low night temps. I see 'day' at 70'F, which is acceptable but cool, and if you are running down below ~68 or so at night, the combination of too wet, too cold, and too ferty is going to give you exactly what you are seeing. Keep your lights on 24/0 to stabilize your temps, drill more holes (largish ones, lik 1/2") in the pot, give it a good HEAVY watering with plain tap water to fluch out the nutes- you should get a whole mess of water running out the bottom of the pot- and then feed quite lightly with a cannabis-specific veg fert mixed weaker than recommended.

you can buy ready mixed soils from your local hydro store but I find making your own is more satisfying

for the soil im using miracle gro soil and miracle gro for fertilizer i just put the plant in a smaller pot the see if that will help cause i think the pot was to big some one said that the pot was to big so i just put it in a smaller pot
