Worried about my Test.

Well today i've been told i have to go for a Drug Screen to my new job (urnine test)...

I smoke about 3 times a week,
Last time i smoked was about 4hrs ago....
I've got my drug screen in 7days :|

Any tips how i can pass?...Or should i get my friend to pee in the pot for me? last time he smoked was 6weeks ago...

also heard that drinking coco(hot chocolate) helps alot? is this true :S?

You really only have one reliable option. Subbing, with either clean urine or synthetic urine.

Mate, you would be safest to substitute. I don't know how big you are, the quality/quantity of your smoke but seeing that you were smoking today, dillution is probably not going to work for you unless you are extremely lean and have a high speed metabolism.
