People call me "sketchball," "sketchwad," "shady fuck," "that kid whose mind got fucked by acid" and, in musical circles, "portal-man" or "Monk Junior."

The first bunch are from people who see me but don't really know me. Acid wrecked my sense of balance, so I tend to be much clumsier than most people. I always slip and fall on ice or wet grass, etc.

Portal-man comes from me pitching one of my stoned-out movie ideas, which involved a person's feet containing a special metal that tears portals in reality. The music teacher overheard me, and it's been my name there ever since.

Monk Jr is reserved for when I actually buckle down and get awesome with my 88 keys.
