Well it turns out I don't have to do a drug test... yet, that is.


But I probably might do it sometime this week or even the next so I might go with the dilution method.

I'm 5'8 and weigh around 120 pounds. I have a fairly high metabolism and I do outdoor activities some days a week.

I've been drug free for almost a week and the only thing I drink is water.


What are my chances now of passing?

almost a week clean? even with your fast metabolism, its not a whole lot of time. I'm not saying impossible, but... :wtf: yikes.

I found hand-warmers at walmart in a little emergency golf kit. I was also told its the wrong season for them. If you have a camping store, they might have them. I bought this little child's temp strip (flat thermometer) at Walgreens and it worked just fine for reading the temp on the bottle. I DO NOT RECOMMEND using a beeping thermometer.

If you are thinking about diluting, get a home test and see how you do. How much did you smoke prior to the two times you mention?

I smoked almost everyday for the past 3 months before the 2 times mentioned.

Practice with water. If you can keep the temp, you are good to go! I practiced (and stressed) for days before my test. Luckily for me, I had a place to stash the QF and it maintained the temp no problem. I don't think you have this option. Read the posts on how the guys did it. Some post that it will keep its temperature for a couple of hours while crotching it. (without handwarmers). If you go get a little shampoo bottle (or condoms, if you want) and use your digital thermometer and practice with water, you'll know if you need to buy something additional to keep it warm. I found you could get your 100 degrees easy from the tap...no microwave required
