Okay, I GET that this is a n00b question.
i know how to use glass pipes, but i recently got a bubbler. it looks something like this http://img.alibaba.com/photo/11441992/Glass_Bubbler.jpg

now, i smoked out of it only twice, and it was working well.
then, i tried it a third time and when i took my thumb off the carb and inhaled, it was met with resistance and NO smoke entered my mouth...
i cleaned it three times, each time using a successful method of cleaning, but nothing has worked. so now, it blows because when i try and light the bowl, i burn myself because the flame isnt drawn to the weed (instead, the flame just hovers and the weed stays green).
i really need to figure this out, help me please!

**ive tried alcohol + salt, specific cleaners, etc.
