Be careful adding peat moss to a soil mix. Most commercial soils contain some, or even use it as the primary ingredient, but it is necessary to add lime to stabilize the pH of the naturally acidic peat.
Cover your coke bottles with tinfoil to keep light out, run some flourescents (even a shop light fixture is fine for vegging plants up to about a foot tall), and re-pot very soon into potting soil that has extra perlite added to it, but no extra peat.
