alittle help with a indoor grow

1st grow indoor
done 2 outside succesful
would appreciate as much advise as possible !
please kept these factors into consideration when thinking about your comments -

- i will submit plans of the bassment area which covers 600metre squared , the basement area contains eperate corridors / box rooms. This will be submitted when i know how to but im to stoned at the mo to work it out !

- firstly this must be as low key as possible, i.e electrical bills etc !

- secondly the bassment area is 155 cm high , you can walk about crouched ! thus plants , lighting , hydroponics , etc will have an effect of space .

OKAY HERE GOES

MY PLAN - the corridor spaces are about w-200cm h - 150cm L - 10metres . My initial idea is to fit a light rail thats 4 metres long in the corridor and block it on either side with thick insulation board with mylar etc - seperating the grow space from everything else.

LIGHTING ....I am stuck between...

option 1 - cfl set up for vegging

- 6x blue cfl 200watt

to veg the veg for about 3 weeks under cfl and then flower - as i cannot afford for the plants to grow to a crazy height !

option 2 - 2x250hps lights on light rail

If i use the lighting rail i can carry two lights places a meter apart for a distance of 400 cms sounds cool as it can travel the distance in 20 mins.

after my plants have reached a height of 30CMS I plan to place them in the corridor with hps for flowering. A friend of mine has recently grown white widow with 250 watt hps for 3 plants that grow to and extremly large height and between the produced 10.5 oz.

or

option 3 - 400watt hps x1 and 250 wat hps on either side of light rail

shoud my lighting rail contain one 400 watt and a 250 at the end just to give a variation in light spectrums ?

if needed i could always add a red 200 watt cfl light at either end of the beginning and end of the rail to assist with lighting as when
the rail travels it will have left some areas not as enposed to light - the cfl may be introduced in addition if i noticed its needed
other electricals

- 2 rotating fans for plants
- timers
-ballast
-co2 filter fan

HYROPONICS -

option 1 - i have 2 fish tanks they will be covered in a mdf box so no contaminents can grow algae etc ! submersible pump on a timer - pushing the water into pots with soil - this is to keep the height from the plant pot to the top of the basemnt at a minimum - remeber its only 150 cm high !

option 2 - a hydroponic system that custom made to go along the corridors of the basement corrider - look at link ?NFT Hydroponics System - but then again im losing space with this set up ?


SPECIES - anyone had experience buying for docter chronics ?
