Lately I have been experimenting a bit with administration methods.
The most effective for me seems to be a oatmeal raisin canna-muffin for breakfast and small hits every so often during the day.
If I am out of canna-food I start my day with a joint or a half dozen or so bong hits.

It has been very important for me to start off with an initial large dose for some reason. If I do not I am much more likely to lose consciousness (have an epileptic grand-mal seizure).
