As Nullific said, it is not the codeine (or hydrocodone, oxycodone, etc...) that does the majority of the damage to the liver. With every tablet of Tylenol #3, you get 300mg of acetaminophen. So to get 300mg of codeine, you're taking 3 grams of acetaminophen, the equivalent of 6 extra-strength tylenol

Yes I should have posted this in the other psychoactives portion but more people browse the lounge. Anyway now that that's all out of the way. I've recently come into an abundance of Tylenol 3, I can't find shit all about it's possible 'recreational' uses.
