As a side note, if you have identified a Phosphorous deficiency, it might be a good idea to keep a bottle of PK13/14 around (Canna) to supplement that when needed, plus when the schedule recommends adding a bloom booster.
Also look up 'Pure Blend P deficiency' because this has been noted by other growers as well. Whether they were following the schedule to the letter is unclear.
stinkyattic Reviewed by stinkyattic on . Botinicare Discussion Just switched over to Botanicare and I have a few questions. My Medium: SunShine#9 (soil less mix, added perlite) My Ph: 5.8-6.1 I was recommended to use the Soil Forumula Pro Bloom 1.5-4-5 by the person at the shop even though I'm using a soil-less mix. I am about five weeks in and noticed a Phosph. diff. so today I went in to tell them about it and was told I should have been using the Pro Blend 2.5-2-5 for the first three weeks of flower and then switch over to the mix with less Rating: 5
