Greeting fellow noob!

Take alot of pictures on your trip! As an occasional smoker, you may experience some memory impairment trying to smoke that amount unless it's a pretty extended vacation.

Fresh produce ftw! I have to hit the local farmers markets to get fruit but I have a killer veggie garden that is gonna yield a shit-ton. Hopefully, salmonella free!

Have you ever thought of going back to school?

In my 50s, I moved and had no connections. I happen to look like a frumpy old school marm. So I went back to school- the local community college, took two weeks of sitting and talking at the lounge's "stoner table" to get invited to a party. At the party, I showed the kids how a little old lady could clear a 4 foot bong- and after that it was easy to find a connection!

So take single class, say, ceramics , maybe make a cool "stealth" bong, and get a connection! Yoga is nice too- both classes usually have a high % of stoners.
