The site isn't saying that you can't physically grow wherever you want, whether it be your house or somewhere in your nearby woods (which I believe is what "guerilla growing" is: growing in an non occupied patch of woods). I don't think it means just being badass and growing without anyone knowing :jointsmile

The best rule on that list is the one about forcing airborn debris into your pets lungs, thats cruel as fuck you wouldnt hold a baby down and blow smoke at it dont do it to a defenseless animal. And they dont enjoy it as much as your warped smoke stunned mind thinks they do, animals brains dont work like ours.
