VB knockoff vapes who could tell me if they are any good?
My opinion is no. Made in China as cheaply as possible. Parts are not RoHS compliant (Restriction of Hazardous Substances). No warranty. Poor reliability. My starting point for a reliable vape would be a $120 Vaporwarez Vaporcannon.

will a vaporizer help out with the taste and harshness issues?
Yep. Vapor always has better taste and less harshness than smoke, although you'll still be able to tell differences in moisture content and flavors-good or bad.

i just bought some tasty puffs flavor drops and was curious if anyone had tried them in a vaporizer or if not if anyone knew if it could damage my vaporizer or glass whip using these in it?
No damage but in general, vapor doesn't need any flavoring.

used herb is great for cooking, has anyone tried this and if so how much would you say to use in a normal size 13x9 pan of brownies?
Depends on the state of your leftovers (if your vaped weed is black it's useless-dark brown slightly useful, etc). You'll need to use enough to ruin the taste. Making cannabutter may be a better choice.
