    Help, It's getting worse

You can form a droplet on the leaf that acts as a magnifying glass, focusing the light and burning the area beneath. It's not common indoors, but it does happen.
Your pH reading on the rain water doesn't matter too much because rain water is REALLY REALLY 'soft'; it is not bad to use at all as long as you add the same dose of CalMag Plus that you would use on distilled or RO water. Check the pH AFTER you add nutrients with rain water, or any other water for that matter.

You are lucky- you have GH 3 part so you have a bottle of 'micro'. You can add about a tablespoon of that to your spray bottle and do light foliar feedings to restore color and lost nutrients to the upper leaves. A drop of dish soap helps it not make beads of water that can burn the leaf.

Will do. Is there a problem using water from a dehumidifier? What should be added differently than with tap water? (i have hard well water, 400ppm, that is softened with salt so I have been using the water from the dehumidifier, I get 2gal/day out of it.

That's the way to use your head for something other than a hat rack!
Just add CalMAg and treat it like any other source of distilled water.
If your water needs rise, or your air humidity drops and you can't get enough from the dehumidifier, you can take UNSOFTENED well water and cut it by 50% with dehumidifier water to yield a solution at 200ppm, assuming that the hardness is from primarily dissolved limestone.

    Help, It's getting worse

Thanks for all your help on this Stinky.
Too bad it is all for nought. As the Kinks would say "I know what I am, I admit I'm a man and so is Lola".
So I yanked him and 8 of his clones and threw them in the bonfire last nite.
I still have 1 female and 7 clones from her trying to root now so I will continue with my log on them.
You can close this thread if you want, I probably won't be back.

You are right. My pH tester probe was bad. When I got the new one I did a flush and the water coming out was so low the plant got locked out.
    Thanks for the help
