Help, It's getting worse
Would the leaves burn from spraying the neem with the lights on? that would explain why it seems that the lower leaves that are not in direct light do not have the spotting.
How would I fix the leaching? with regular watering? I will not spray the leaves any more.\"I observed...that the more public provisions were made for the poor, the less they provided for themselves, and of course became poorer.\"
