I have the same problem. The leaves are curling, but I have deduced, by what has been stated here, that it is a watering issue. I also have had the lady outside, since day one, but in more temperate climate. We had some serious rain, and I also dont have seep holes in the bottom of the planter either (not using a plastic bottle though, but a ceramic planter.) So, I know its a water issue. I have NOT introduced any chemicals or special nutes, yet. I used high grade soil. O' Natural up to this point. Good breezes. Not too strong. (except today). The curling is mild, it only occured within the last 24 hours.

She has great green color, and the weather has broke. I will transplant the lady into her final vessel tomorrow, as well. (One with drain holes.)

My question is: At what point do I/we say that this plant will not survive ???

I dont want to waste anyone's time with looking for any responses about the above-mentioned things, such as Mg, or pH, etc. I will be monitoring that now.

But, is the plant resillient enough to come back?

(I dont have pics, but I can post some tomorrow. I CAN say that the curling is just a bit more extreme than the OP's pics. But Only discoloration on the lower leaves. Its about 14 inches tall at this point.)

Thanks. Peace.
