Nute burn or over watering?
hi i have posted another more detailed thread but no one answered so ill try again... basically since my plants last watering the top leaves have curled up a bit (curling down at the edges) and look very soft and a bit waxy.. plus the look a little wrinkled i am simply worried about what this might be.. the problem being if its over watering i dont want to water again yet but if its nute burn i want to water to flush the nutes out a bit... the last watering was 2 days ago now and the soil 1" in is just drying out, i will try to add a pic of similar looking leaves.
the plants are about 1ft tall and are just ready to start budding now) kinda wish they had started tho!
can someone please help as i am worried they will lose their strength!
will the leaves recover or is it best to chop them?
sorry i would like to ad that i did feed them at the last watering and i used simple house plant food with crappy instructions (i followed the instructions for seedlings to aviod a burn, but the mixture of nitrogen, phospherus etc was correct for the plants, i checked)
and remember the photos are not of my plants.. just ones with a similar reaction

Nute burn or over watering?
I would go with they are over watered, if it was nute burn you would see tell tale signs of yellowing/browning, starting at the tips of the leaves.....Don't chop the leaves yet, let the plant recover some, then if any of the leaves are going to die off you will know. I just let them wither a bit and then pluck off.
I have luckily never over-watered so I am basing this on threads that I have read here, but I have over fed and those pics do not look like that.......Good Luck!

Nute burn or over watering?
cheers mate thanks for the reply I appreciate it! i guess i will just give it another day or to before re-watering... i am just reassured i dont have to take a risk about flushing out... could have made things a whole lot worse!!
thanks:thumbsup:
