    a vitamin B concern

I apologize in advance if this has been discussed already, but Ive been lurkin around this forum for a week or so.

I read N2`S sticky and learned about vitamin B`s little tricks. After taking a few vitamin B pills, my urine`s color becomes an unnatural-looking neon yellow. It almost glows for gods sake! Even with a bunch of water it stays this way. I was just curious if this will raise suspicion when I get my test next week. I mean, shit, lots of people take Vitamin B, right? And get neon piss? I dont know. I think ill be fine, Im on creatine and prepared to follow N2s sticky the day of my test. Any help would be great. Thanks again!!

"I've been stressing about getting this job and I took some "stress vitamins".

No big deal- and you can say it with a straight face- it is all true, you are stressing about getting this job and "B" vitamins are "stress vitamins"!

By the way, is creatinine the only thing they can use to determine if piss is diluted? Besides clear piss...
