There is a cafe/restaurant in Houston that has a back patio and on a certain night out of the week, you pay extra at the door and you can go into the back patio and you can smoke your bud and meet people.. I can try to figure out the name but, I wouldnt want to put that spot in danger cause its a real public place to smoke in Houston.
