I am eating high fiber and taking metamucil, along with niacon, b-complex, one-a-day, cranberry and green tea pills. obviously I have taken every last precaution, this is my freedom we are talking about. I am 6'1 and like 180 i have a pretty good metabolism (it has worked for me so far).

I really just want to ask if there are any suggestions about what i can do to help get clean, i have 5 more days till the test and have home tests and am keeping myself hydrated. I think i have all the bases covered just want some more advice.

Since, as you stated, this is about your freedom, there is one precaution you can take that will work - abstain while you're on probation. On probation I have to believe that they could hit you with a surprize test. Four months isn't a long time. I've got about 4 years to go on my job where I'm subject to random tests. I'm abstaining until then. When I'm retired I'll do what I want.
