i am currently on probation and 2 weeks ago i was sent to jail for popping positive and now i havn't smoked in that same amont of time but i just took a test today and the test my po uses have either no line or a faint one she says if there is no line then i smoked in 0-6 days ago but if there is a faint line 7-30 but i just dropped with no line and am risking jail time for nothing and i dont no what to do someone give me advice.

If there is no line you could have smoked anywhere from yesterday to 2 months ago depending on body type and other factors. Not a hell of a lot you can do other than explain to them the last time you smoked and that you have a slow metabolism.

There ain't a hell of a lot you can do about it. Contact your attorney and make sure he is up to speed on thc retention times and see if he can help. There are lots of places on the net that will have that info so maybe he can make a case in front of the judge.
