Can anyone answer this?
Was telling my buddy that I was thinking about trying to make a bubble cloner and he asked what was that(he clones with rock wool), anyway, after I told him he said, I'm gonna get busted because of all my surfing on the web about cannabis. He is a little paranoid anyway, but what do you guys think? They cant bust me cause of suspiscion just cause I go to this sight can they? Any answers would be appreciated.

No I don't think they can? Your satisfying your curiousity and you can't be charged with that... although if you are caught while in possession/ if your growing plants they(cops) may be able to use your internet use as evidence in court but Im sure they can't just bust you for looking things up on the internet or being apart of a private forum/website.

Legally, it is your right to pursue information and educate yourself, and speak freely.
In practice, the DEA has no time to come poking after small PU scale growers, unless of course you say HEY!!! MY NAME IS xxxx and I live here!!! or make it just so simple that they can't NOT do it, or if you discuss large scale grows, selling, other crimes, etc. This is why the site rules here are SO STRICT compared to other offshore cannabis sites- it is for YOUR PROTECTION. We aim to attract minimal negative attention, obviously, and to provide strictly positive education and support. IF you are already being watched for something that you did in your home county or parish, certainly were there to be a bust the contents of your computer could potentially harm you in court, but your security in that regard is up to you. Be smart, be safe.
If you like the idea of coming in on an IP anonymizer, I like the one called TOR, which can be downloaded free at torproject.org. It is a router that sends your data packets through other volunteer hosts' computers to mask their origin.
In general, your risk posting here is so slight as to be negligible, unless you make yourself a target through the content of your posts and pictures.
