When I look around YouTube and message boards, some people brag about low prices ($20 for an 1/8th, etc.) and some people post seemingly regular prices ($40-50 per 1/8th). I've seen about a 50/50 split.

Is it just about knowing the better dealers? That seems more like luck than skill.
