for the first time in my life i just may be happy to live in tx.....what i just heard on the news is that tx my be reducing it's maximum penalty on up to two ounces of weed from time in prison down to just a ticket and fine..... anyone else in tx heard of this yet and have any idea what the chances of it happening are?

It's already that way in a lot of other states (including mine), and of course it's still a long way from any real progress in getting it legalized.
