I've read the posts on how to use Certo and how it helps you pass drug tests but does it only make you clean for a certain number of hours/days before the THC shows up again? Or does it permanently gets it out?

Certo is an ancient internet myth. There is no product that can rid the body of THC. THC is fat-soluble, not liquid-soluble, like certain other (off-topic) drugs.

Only time and fat-burning exercise can rid the body of THC.
