Plants to big for space? - pics
first grow white widow and 1 week into flowering. Are these plants going to get to big for this space? They are already touching the sides and am running out of room to raise the light also. Should they be transfered somewhere bigger as still have another 8 weeks to go and is there anyway of keeping the height down now? Cheers

If you don't want to move growrooms you could always tie prune and bend them to use the space more effectively

is it a big problem that they are touching the sides? From what ive read and seen these are still going to get a lot bigger and bushier. To maximise yield would it benefit me to move to a larger grow room? Also what is the best method to keep a plant short and wide/bushy rather than having all the gorwth going towards the top?

No. Leaves will scrape scars on each other, but not normally a problem. Had mold develop between two leaves that were 'glued' together by moisture, but that was on the same plant, and back when I used to mist a lot. (something to watch for, but not really a problem)

Make sure that you have enough circulating fans in there, and enough fresh air to provide all the CO2 that those plants will use, tie them away from the light, and you should be okay. But they will need to be put in larger pots in about 2-4 weeks.

Thanks for the replys, learning all the time. What is the best method to keep a plant short and bushy when growing from seed? Something i probably should have asked at the start of these

Pinch the growing tip after the 5th node, and pinch 2 weeks after that. You can keep pinching indefinitely until 2 weeks before you start flowering, then stop pruning entirely.
