Hello, this is a question for the future, I will be growing 4 plants, veg for 2-4 months and flower for 2 months, off of clones, in a hydroponik system by mr. green *its a how to set up a hp system for cheap and good ways and stuff ye ye* each plant produces around an ounce out of this method every 2 months so 4 ounches, the plants are around 3 feetish and i was wondering about making cannabutter out of this, and i was thinking about just taking a pound of butter and then making the butter out of this recipe http://boards.cannabis.com/recipes/8...utter-how.html , i was gonna throw in all the stems and leaves ground up finely like the recipe calls for but like all the stems and leaves not the amount there, would this be fine? a waste? UBER STRONG :P? and im not sure but is this smokeable? because hashbean420 of youtube he has hash butter oils and bud galore, and he smokes the butters and oils and seems to get pretty high.

I use the equivalent of 2 grams of DRIED bud per tablespoon of butter. There are 32 tablespoons in a pound. If you use leaf, dry it and use 3-4 times the weight as you would using bud.

And remember: Don't count your chickens before they hatch. The questions you ask make it seem as if you have never grown before; you are highly unlikely to get even close to those results on your first try, and hydroponics is not very forgiving for a new grower who does not know how to troubleshoot the actual PLANT yet.

This is for future after i get more suited to growing, but would more then 6-8 grams of leaf/stem be a waste?

No, you will just get stronger butter, and need less of it to get high. 6-8 grams per tablespoon, right?
To get that much leaf/stem/bud into that little butter, you will have to run it a couple times. Read that washed cannabutter thread, really.

Where is this washed cannabutter thread? and can cannabutter be smoked because ive seen people they just get a bit on a needle from a jar and then melt it into a bowl and smoke it in a bong but i thought this would cause it to melt into the water, i also saw this thing where a guy melted it over a joint and it soaked into the paper. or would it just be bteter to consume it? and would it be any good to eat it just plain?

NEVER smoke butter. Never ever ever. You may be thinking of a substance called 'budder' which is similar to, or the same thing as, 'earwax', depending upon who you ask- it's a resin extraction that has a gooey, sticky consistency but is very very pure and clean. It has nothing in it but pure psychoactive resins. No dairy.

just came to check the thread i found your washed cannabutter in another spot, you should sticky it or move it to hear and sticky it, all those steps, do they help alot? also when im making the butter after the first time through its solidified and been seperated from the water, do i just melt it down with water again? and then do the heating with the jars and let it cool. And that gets rid of taste, and theres less in the means of volume, meaning its more potent right?

The volume of the butter does not change. Water and butter are not miscible. After the first separation, throw away the water, and then melt with FRESH water. Avoid boiling- bring to a simmer, stir, remove from heat, solidify, separate, repeat.

thanks stinky, also looked into hashbeans tuts, he makes his own budder i dont know if its any good but he takes some honey bee extractors or whatever, fills with bud and then shoots butane threw it, and makes a double boiler out of pyrex glasses and then all he does with his cannaoil is stir it over one of those candle/coffee warmers, is budder any good?
