If growing 12/12 from seed
It will take almost twice as long as 16/8 or 18/6 to veg. You should always start with vegging nutes until it is time to flower and then use bloom. I think at that rate your plant will want to flower after two or three months. It will do it on it's own I believe but it will have to go through a full vegetative cycle. The thing is that plants in nature get at least 14 hours of light and usually 16 during the prime vegging season. So....maybe even just adding two hours might be a good idea just to speed up the process.
