Wrong. You need to seperate Indicas from Sativias. As I've said before sativas' mostly grow in equartorial areas. Maybe I'm missing something that you know but I don't here......but they DO NOT get "14 hours of light and usually 16 during prime vegging" in the equartorial regions. Unless someone is giving them supplemental light, which is not natural. The photoperiod you describe happens much further north latitude or much further south latitude.
