technically, the CA state laws on medical marijuana don't have a 'set number of plant limits', your amounts are left up to your Doctor's Recommendation ... (mine recommends 1.5 ounces per week, so I could easily justify more than 6 plants, but things would be sticky if I had LOT more) ... the limits are just something some counties and towns dreamed up (doesn't hold legal water, if you are rich enough to fight it) ... BUT, in my personal situation, I don't have the money to 'win' in the court system, or the inclination to piss off a District Attorney that, (so far), doesn't hassle medical MJ patients/homegrowers needlessly ... I just follow my county's rules, and so far, so good ... :jointsmile:

GREETINGS and kind budz for all! i grow for my own co op but its not as sophiticated as it sounds. see i grow for my family there are 4 of us now my son and i live here is LA and my sister in law and her son live in San Diego. our lab is nice we run 4K of HID lights gas and humidity and temp control in a CAP ebb and flo. when i started all this 3 years ago i was told that i could grow 12 plants for medicinal use (6 "mature and 6 "immature"). further more that i could also grow for others Rating: 5
