Thanks Hatch, I still have the aero system, but it was taking up too much room. And with huntin season coming up my wife does not want too much work, so I'll just mix up 5gal of nutes for soil and all she has to do is water. No pH adjusting or messing with the res. I was 2 setups at the same time and it was too much. It worked great for the clones though.

Your Mom looks GREAT! What are you looking for in the trichs for harvest? Are you going for a more amber to cloudy? or more cloudy to amber? Again...GREAT looking pics, thanks.

3 days ago I cut a small popcorn bud off the bottom of the mom and stuck it in a drawer. Today I took 2 hits from it, and what a good buzz I got without knocking me out. So I figured I didn't want any more couchlock than that and chopped her today. Amber trichs are about 10-15%. I did a small amount of trimming and my scissors are black. The wet weight right now is 575grams, but that has stem weight in there and needs more trimming but WOW
.
I am going to start a new log for the clones called Elmo's clone grow (you'll see why if you go there.)
There is hardly any smell to it, not skunky at all
and the taste is hard to describe. I'll have to think on it to get a description for ya.:stoned:

Looks like you have some sweet results there, McDanger! Your mom plant was a true MILF, my friend - her looks made me weak in the knees, as I'm sure her smoke will make you. Congratulations on a fine grow, and I look forward to Elmo's clone thread.
Good luck with huntin' season - help keep some of those deer off the highways! Be good out there, my friend!

Welcome back, and thanks. I hope all is well with you. Thought I read you were having some problems, or were you just busy. Best of luck either way:thumbsup:

Hi all. Sorry it has taken so long for this update, I've been busy.
Well the final weight came in at just under 4oz of bud that could have been trimmed better, but even with a good trim it would still be over 3oz, I am very happy with that.
The smoke is just ok. It is better than the original bag seed, but has a different
body buzz. My breathing and heartbeat increase after only 2 hits, then it turns into a very mellow buzz. Taste is just ok, and I can't really describe it.
I also have some pics of the plants that were moved outside, 2 are turning purple, this is great since I have 5 clones from her vegging now. They are leggy and I think it is the strain since I have them under a 250w mh and they grow right into the light.
From here on posts will be in the Elmo log.
Enjoy:smokin::stoned:
