You have to talk to the plant if it sounds like a girl it is a male and if it sounds like a guy it is a female....


No really the easiest way is go to a 18/6 schedule and if you are lucky you should get some preflowers if they have white pistols shooting out by the flowers then they are females. If they have ball sacks they are a male... There are some pics on CanCom or you can just google it and they pop wright up...

But I'll be nice- I usually am. Your plants will not be showing signs of sex until after the leaves begin to alternate, rather than growing in even pairs. Then look for white "V"s where the leaf stalk meets the stem. Those are the girls, giving you the "high sign"! Boys have what look like football shaped flowers. There are LOTS of photos, so that's all the explaination yer gettin'.
