I cut clone off my mother outdoors, used rockwool cubes,growtek trays with high domes.kept them in the shade and ph the water to 6.6 to 6.8 everyday after 9 days i added miracle grw tomato to bottom of tray that had 1 inch of water.. and just replanted rooted clones the other day
hope it's not to late in the season?think they will turn out to be worth it.
