Check your runoff pH, get your temps between 75 and 82, lay off the watering, and spray them NOW NOW NOW NOW with a 1/4 strength foliar feed of your micronute supplement. That potassium deficiency (brown spotting near veins) is going to kill them in those wet conditions; K is the element most important to immune health in plants.
