    Seedling drooping BAD

This post was originally in the plant problems, I noticed its not getting much traffic so Im posting again here.

I have to leave town tomorrow morning and I have to help my baby before I leave it in my better half's hands for the week. My seedling seemed to have some stunted growth and I had been using distilled water since it was a seed. I decided to use tap water on the last watering since I dont have my calmag+ yet. I let the cube run dry since then because I just got my LiquidKarma in and wanted to make sure and not overwater before I used the tapwater/liquidkarma solution. When I left this morning the cube wasnt 100% dry so I didnt give it any water. When I got back 8-9 hours later, this is what I found. The cube was dry so I gave it its first Liquidkarma watering and the cube soaked it right up. I had the seedling under 2 26watt cfls at the time and now Ive cut it back to just 1 at about 1.5 inches away and killed the fan for the moment. What happened? If it was just needing water wouldnt it pop back up here in an hour or so? Sorry for the length of the post, trying to answer as many questions as I can before they are asked. Please help!

The first picture is day9 from start of germ
Second is today, day 11. It germed in 2 days to give you an idea of how far it is along vs how far it should be.

Nope. You killed it. Seedlings are veerrry sensitive and you over/under did everything.

First the light. Seedlings just need ambiant room light, they don't need direct light. Second, a dry hour will kill a seedling.

I do not see a problem. Often seedlings will curl down like that in a situation where there are multiple light sources. You should use as much light as possible without creating excess heat. That can be hard to determine, and rockwool dries out easily when it is too warm. If they are still alive, they should pull through.
