An excersize in futility IMO. This idea has also been around for a very long time, since before I started smoking which was a loooooong time ago. A few problems with it however.
1) Lots of pollen in the air will make breeding or growing sincee a nightmare.2) Whats the point? More dea agents in the fields or forests? I would prefer as few of them around as possible.
I know the popular argument is that we will break the back of the government by doing this. thats not going to happen either. In case you havent noticed the government has unlimited borrowing power. This power stems from thier percieved right to tax you to death. In fact a couple weeks ago they raised the debt cieling another 800 billion. A few bilion to dea agents is nothing to these people and in the end you will pay higher taxes to pay for it. IMO not a good idea.
