So...instead of rectifying a possible electrical fire hazard, you'd rather purchase a gadget to circumvent a failing circuit/appliance? Gee...hopefully the new gadget doesn't fail, too.

The problem is when theres a power surge the AC shuts off, but the lights stay on. Is there any way to make sure the ac kicks back on after the surge. If this isn't possible is there a way to make sure the lights turn off after a surge(rather lose a few hours of light then burn my plants). Thanks. Rating: 5
