Well he's using both CalMag AND tap water and I'm not at all sure why. Otherwise Id also love to know the runoff ppm of his soil.....i'll bet its through the roof.

Fresh quality soil offers new nutes at the correct ph which is what these plants need....they are surrounded by (most likely) too many nutes but can't access them due to incorrect ph.....that's why a transplant would most likely solve ALL of the problems at once......the easiest solution.

Otherwise like Stinky says flush at the correct ph......and cut out all the nutes until you figure out exactly what the plant needs and then start adding them back in small amounts while keeping ph stable.
