AMT causes some uncomfortable tension...and it's often sold as acid. /shrug.

Real acid does nothing more than make you trip and stay awake for 12 hours. Then, within 24 hours, it's gone. It does no physical damage. Though, it's still not necessarily 'safe.' It can surface underlying mental disorders or even cause mental disorders with abuse over time.
