First set of leaves turned orange and look dead
The first set of leaves to grow on my plant are now orange and look like there is no life left in them, anyone know a solution to this problem? I am applying grow juice and 1/4 oz per gallon every morning

Without claiming to be an expert... and basing advice on the given information, I see two things:
#1- The FIRST two leaves (Cotelydons) will lose vigor, become pale, and usually is not something to be concerned with.
#2- (assuming your plant IS just growing its Cotelydons) You should not be fertilizing your seedling. At this young stage, it only requires water, air, and light. Any non-nutrient additives should only be used when a serious problem is evident after careful research, and the application must be precise.
Again, I do not claim to be an expert, but I think I have read every thread on this website...... twice!

We have to talk about the watering technique..
Put away the sprayer...you want water to get to the bottom of the pot, not just the top of the soil.
What doseage is on the bottle of nutrients?
Do you have a 4 gallon jug anywhere?
Water to the point that water runs out the drainage holes. Test the PH of that water once in a while, litmus paper is cheap and will keep you going for a while.
