Thank you I do have a grower but I am involved with my garden and learning how to do it my self . But I hate the inbetween times it sucks

well thats easy enough to solve, just have 1 flowering group and 1 vegging group at all times. By the time you start running out of the crop of 1 harvest, another one is upon you :-)
