i do yoga and try and eat as healthy as possible (though no one can resist the allure of fast food when theyre super stoned... see for example the 1 and a half cheesesteaks i ate last night :stoned. youd be amazed at how far just stretching and eating right can get you. if youre intersted, check out the book "Light on Yoga". its absolutely amazing.
