I don't work out too often but I play a few sports. I like golf, which is great for the midsection. I ride horses as well, and I love to play football and soccer. Yes both, so there is no confusion.

So I guess that counts, although its not 'scheduled work out' time.

I'd rather be shot than run that mile from highschool again....bah I can't believe you brought that up!! lol
