    How are these?

Ok I went to my local homedepot and hardware store today to look for some soil and ferts for my plants. This is the soil that I plan on getting. Just wondering if this is decent?

For the ferts for the veg state I found a tub of "All Purpose Water Soluble 20-20-20" (not miracle gro brand)" and I also found this:

(Even though the box is the same im pretty sure the one at the store was like 26-8-6 or something like that)

Just wondering which fert would be better for the veg stage, the Miracle gro tomato fert or the "all purpose 20-20-20" fert?

Also I couldn't find any ferts for the flowering stage with a second npk number higher than first except this:

But this appears to be only for flowers and plants so would this work for the flowering stage?

Also before people tell me not to get Miracle gro and get Fox Farm, be aware that I live in Canada and where I am this is the best I could find.
