yellow spots
It's possible; IMVHO any time you see a problem, runoff pH is the first thing you should check, just to eliminate it as a possible cause. Room temps are easy because you walk in and say YOWZA it's muggy in here. Runoff pH notsomuch. So you have to test it.
Those don't really look overfed though. Just warm, and the pale blotches could hint at a acid soil environment.
