B-12/Niacin

i'm doing the b-12 pre work outs and taking some niacin at night, can't hurt I guess given on what I've looked up ...

B-12/Niacin So my test is a week away, since I run or exercise most days anyways, I went to GNC and took a look at some B-12/Niacin supplements. Spoke with a rep there, said B-12 is good for ridding your cell counts of lipids (where I believe THC is housed) and Niacin is good for increasing metabolism. I'm thinking that taking a couple of each before working out could be a good combination (in addition to drinking cranberry juice/water and not smoking!) I've smoked once in about 10 days and still Rating: 5
