B-12/Niacin
gotcha, thanks for the tips. I've read up some more on B-12, probably just better for aiding weight loss but most stuff I've seen says it can help increase metabolism, so we'll see if it makes my cardio efforts that much more worth it.
Im really not too concerned overall, I think I'm giving myself enough time w/o smoking anyways, but I'll continue to post. Appreciate the reply :rastasmoke:
